[matrix-announce] Eep! CGI scripts not working on matrix!!

Hi there,

I just found out that the upgrade to Apache in my last email broke suexec
(as I had compiled Apache with some custom suexec settings) and so every
CGI script on matrix is currently in a non-functioning state.

PHP isn't affected by this.

I'm recompiling Apache now and I'll let you know when I'm done.
