Well, okay, I was stupid and meant to email this a few days ago, but
forgot. Anyway, I'm going to be working on matrix today, and I'll be
starting soon.

The first thing is that we now have the upgrades, so I need to migrate to
another host to take advantage of them.

Next, I'll want to do the Debian upgrade/backup thing. That could take
some time - refer to my previous email for more info.

Sorry about the short notice, but this needs to be done today for various
reasons. :/

I'll let you know when everything's done.
